Marketing Executive, Los Angeles
The role
We are looking to recruit a full-time Marketing Executive with an interest in the media and entertainment industry to join our team. The role will be focused on supporting Ampere’s US sales and global marketing team with planning, developing and executing of campaigns to help drive commercial growth. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for US focussed campaign activity, accountable for the quality of the campaigns overseen by yourself.
You will need at least one year’s experience in a similar role. We’re keen to speak to candidates with a passion for marketing who are self-starters but team players, proactive, problem solvers, who can bring new ideas to the team and who are eager to learn and are looking to carve out a career at Ampere.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Design, create and run targeted campaigns that acquire contacts and increase engagement in target accounts to drive revenue
- Create brand awareness and affiliation with Ampere Analysis
- Content creation for the US team, including any podcast or video features
- Paid social
- Email marketing – lead nurturing and new business
- Database management - working alongside the sales team to build, manage and own the database to ensure it is kept up to date and tracked
- Content syndication - utilising Ampere’s content for campaigns
- Content amplification
- Provide accurate campaign delivery recommendations based on reporting and manage lead tracking around owned campaigns
- Marketing operations - Track success, route and qualify leads, insights for the team
Skills & requirements
- Minimum one year’s experience working in a similar role
- Experience with using the following tools:
- HubSpot Sales and Marketing tools
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ZoomInfo (or equivalent)
- Adobe Premier Pro and Auditions
- Strong planning and organisational skills are essential
- A team player with a collaborative and positive approach to working
- Analytical and strategic in nature
